OmniMax New Logo is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Nappanee, IN
- Make mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and or fluidic repairs and troubleshooting requiring involvement with equipment and any plant layout changes.
- 480/24 volt troubleshooting.
- Make layout and fabrication drawings for the replacement of shafts, spare parts, brackets and other additions for plant equipment.
- Work from drawings, sketches, machine operation and maintenance manuals, work requests, and oral instructions.
- Perform diversified and somewhat difficult work including analytical troubleshooting and complex maintenance functions.
- Use a variety of precision instruments and considerable judgment in working effectively and efficiently in diagnosing, dismantling, repairing, lubricating and reassembling units.
- Using skills to work on general and technical maintenance of roll forming equipment, but also be knowledgeable of hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe fitting, and general machining for items requiring a close tolerance.
- Rebuild and maintain primary roll forming, forming and ancillary equipment throughout the plant
- Periodically inspect conditions of the plant operating machines and equipment for preventative maintenance purposes.
- Detect Faulty operations and diagnose malfunctions and provide remedy.
- Maintain specific records of work preformed, details of repairs and material usage.
